Injection Blow Molding Machine.

Injection Unit: Central force in-line screw plasticizing injection unit.

  • Screw - SACM1 through tempering and nitriding processes.
  • Shut-Off Nozzle. (Optional)
  • Barrel - SACM1 through tempering and nitriding processes.
  • Injection Cylinder - The cylinder wall is through high-frequency heat treatment, honing, and grinding processes. It is accommodated with frictionless piston apparatus and oilless bearing made from powder metallurgy.
  • Driving Unit - Kawasaki high-torque hydraulic motor.

Clamping Unit: Twin cylinder with pressure booster ram system enables fast clamping, low-pressure safety detection, and fast pressure boosting.

  • Hydraulic Cylinder - The cylinder wall is through high-frequency heat treatment, honing, and grinding processes. It is accommodated with the frictionless piston apparatus and oilless bearing made from powder metallurgy, and has long life-time usage.
  • Piston Rod - SCM4 through grinding and nitrising processes.
  • Front Fixed Mold Platen - SC46 through flat surface grinding and vertical alignment processes.
  • Moving Mold Platen - S45C through flat surface grinding and vertical alignment processes.
  • Tie Bar - SCM4 through tempering, grinding and nitriding processes. Adopt oilless bearing and needn't lubricator. Hence, the machine can always be maintained in a very clean condition.
  • Core Mold: With two-station, 180-degree rotary unit.
  • Air Compression System - With the system, oil contamination from hydraulic driven system can be avoided on the finished plastic products, and GMP requirements can also be met.
  • Movement - With horizontal rotation, the core mold can stop at both operational side and rear side of it. Hence, it is really convenient to maintain and detach the core mold.

Hydraulic Unit

  • Proportional Electro-Hydraulic Relief & Flow Control System - With the system, the hydraulic system is easy to operate and very sensitive.
  • Hydraulic Pump - The pump is Vickers double vane pump- the world's famous brand.
  • Electromagnetic Valve - It uses DC24V, which decreases power surge, makes little noise, and avoids coil damage.
  • Hydraulic Piping - Seamless steel pipes are used on the machine's hydraulic piping. When it combines with high- pressure plastic pipes which are made of multilayer wire, fiber and plastic, the oil leakage is prevented.
  • Hydraulic Valve Circuit - The circuit With the stacking design makes the maintenance easy, the operation stable, and the reliability high.
  • Hydraulic Oil Cooling System and Overheated Alert Apparatus.
  • Low-Level Hydraulic Oil Alert Apparatus.
  • Multi-Pump System. (Optional)

PLC Programmable Control Unit

  • FUJI PLC Programmable Controller - This machine uses the FUJI controller which brings convenience to the operator. It has the error display with auto checking function, and gives notifications when it's time to do the maintenance and change hydraulic oil. If the hydraulic oil hasn't been changed according to the sheduled time, the machine will lose it's auto mode. However, if all the problems are solved, the machine will automatically be restored to the normal operation.
